We collect and further handle your personal data only to the extent which is necessary to reach the purpose for which your data were collected. We do not transfer your data to any marketing companies hidden in the shadows, we do not use your data to send SPAM to your inbox neither we publish your data without your prior and clear consent.

However, processing of some of your personal data may be necessary to fulfil our obligations or provide our services. During standard communication, especially the one which is meant to be long-term, we process your personal data (for example e-mail address or telephone number, name and surname) for the purpose of giving you the information you need and reacting to your requests, questions or suggestions. When we say "process" we mean "save your contact info into our address book so we may stay in touch with you". After our communication ends, we no longer use your contact info unless you give us permission to contact you in the future. If you provide us with other types of personal data during our communication, we will use such personal data only for the purpose for which you provided them.

We care about what others think! Therefore we make efforts to customize our online content to make them useful and user-friendly. For this purpose we analyze which pages of our website you visit the most or which info you often seek. This is possible for us thanks to so-called cookies - tiny files stored at your computer (or other device) and containing information about your preferences, activity on the web or settings of your browser. In short, we are interested in collecting the data related to the use of our website, not the data related to the users themselves.

When we are hiring:
From time to time we seek new colleagues. If you are interested in working at Tsubaki, please respond to your favourite job offer by sending a CV and other documents (if necessary) to the designated email address. We need to process the personal data included in those documents so we have enough important information to organize and manage the recruitment process. Such important information are usually your name and surname, date of birth, nationality, place of residence, contact info, education, qualification or professional skill and experience. For the purposes of recruitment process, we cooperate with HR Agency DIKÉ - Management zdrojů, s.r.o. (Company ID: 266 92 783, Jablonského 634, Kolín V, 280 02 Kolín). Please note that this company will have, for the duration of the recruitment process, access to your personal data because it is necessary to organize the interviews and analyze the candidates. Personal data of the candidates who are not successful in the particular recruitment process are kept only until the offered job is permanently taken. They may, however, give us permission to keep the data for longer.

When we post on our website / social media channels
In this context we may for example publish articles, reports or photos related to recent events. Under normal circumstances and if necessary, we make sure to get your consent before the publishing. If you decide to withdraw your consent, please make use of the contact info provided above and tell us you no longer wish for the content with your personal data to be published. We'll try to be as helpful as possible.
